Returns and refunds
CHAGOM offers 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return of standard products, including made-to-order products with standard catalogue options. This extends, and does not restrict, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable.
How to request a return
Email info@bolsodepiel.com with your order number and an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw or return the item. No reason is required to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. We will provide return instructions.

Product condition
Please include accessories and protective packaging where possible. Missing or damaged original packaging does not automatically invalidate statutory withdrawal rights. Consumers may examine an item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, as provided by law.
Personalisation
Standard catalogue products made after ordering remain eligible for withdrawal and our 30-day return period. Goods made to an individual customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal where the applicable legal exception is met and disclosed before purchase. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears direct return shipping costs where informed in advance. CHAGOM covers costs where required by law for incorrect or non-conforming goods. For statutory withdrawal, standard outbound delivery charges paid will also be refunded where legally required.
Refund timing
For statutory withdrawal, we refund sums due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no additional charges. Bank processing times may vary.
Warranty
Legal conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected. In Spain, new consumer goods generally carry a three-year legal conformity period from delivery.
