Products, prices and payment

Products are described on their product pages. Natural leather and screen settings can cause slight visual differences. Prices, taxes, availability and applicable payment methods are displayed before order confirmation during Shopify checkout; payment methods can vary by country or device.

Production and shipping

In-stock bags are prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard made-to-order bags require 15 business days of production. CHAGOM Atelier customised bags require 20 business days for materials and production. These periods precede shipping. DHL Express transit is normally 1–3 business days after dispatch for most supported destinations, subject to customs and remote-area delays. Standard shipping is free to destinations enabled at checkout. Production excludes weekends and public holidays applicable in Ubrique. See our shipping policy for details.

Customs

Import duties, taxes and fees outside the EU may be payable by the recipient.

Returns and warranty

Standard items, including made-to-order catalogue options, are eligible for our 30-day return policy and applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Clearly personalised goods may be excepted where the law permits. See our returns and refund policy for the workshop return address and refund timing. Applicable legal conformity rights remain in force; in Spain new consumer goods generally benefit from a three-year legal conformity period.

Intellectual property and applicable law

Images, designs, text, marks and logos are protected. Spanish law and applicable mandatory consumer-protection provisions apply.
