Prices, payments and orders

Prices are shown in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes where relevant according to destination. The payment methods available at checkout are accepted. Availability depends on stock and/or production.

Preparation and shipping

The usual preparation time is up to 15 business days when a model is made or finished for an order. Standard shipping is free in Spain, the European Union and available international destinations. Transit times depend on the destination and are calculated from dispatch.

Customs

Outside the European Union, duties, taxes, fees or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have 15 days from receipt to request a return, in accordance with our returns policy. Personalised products or items made to customer specifications may be excluded unless defective, in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty. In Spain, new goods carry a 3-year statutory warranty.
