Returns and refunds

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions

The product must be in perfect condition, unused and showing no signs of wear, with its original packaging undamaged and including all items received, such as straps, accessories or protective elements where applicable.

Products showing signs of use, without their original packaging or with damaged packaging are not accepted. Personalised products or items made to customer specifications are also excluded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return

Email us at info@bolsodepiel.com with your order number, model and reason for the return. We will confirm the steps for sending the item back.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to a CHAGOM error or manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once the item has been received and checked to ensure it meets the conditions, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The time taken for the amount to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges for another model or colour are subject to availability.

Warranty

New products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty. In Spain, the current statutory warranty for new goods is 3 years. It covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal use, misuse or wear and tear.
