Order preparation

The usual preparation time is up to 15 business days from the date of the order when a model is made or finished for the order. If a product has a different preparation time, this will be stated on its product page.

Transport and tracking

We usually ship with DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information. Transit time depends on the destination and begins once order preparation has been completed.
