Every CHAGOM bag leaves from Ubrique, Cádiz, Spain. We want you to know clearly when your piece is made, when it leaves our workshop and how long transport takes.

When will I receive my order?
The total timeframe depends on the availability of the piece at the time of purchase. It consists of two separate stages:
- Production, only when the bag is made to order.
- Transport, which starts when DHL collects the order in Ubrique.

Example: if your bag is made to order, the period of 15 business days corresponds to production of the piece. Transport time begins afterwards, once the order has been dispatched.
Made for you in Ubrique
When a piece is not available for immediate dispatch, we make it to order especially for you. This is not a logistics preparation period: it is the time required to make, assemble and finish your bag in our workshop before handing it to the carrier.
The production option applies to each purchased variant and item at the time of purchase. Items for the same customer, recipient and address are shipped together when all are ready. Mixed orders use the latest availability date; lead times are not added together. Separate orders retain their identity and original date. A later order will not delay a previously communicated date without prior agreement.
Free shipping
CHAGOM offers free shipping to Spain, the European Union and the international destinations available in our store. Available destinations are shown during checkout.
DHL Express transport
Once the piece is finished and the order is dispatched, transport is usually handled by DHL Express. Estimated transit time is 1–3 business days to most available destinations.
Remote areas, periods of high demand or customs procedures outside the European Union may extend transit time.
Order tracking
When your order leaves Ubrique, you will receive the available tracking information so you can follow its journey to delivery.
Customs and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to duties, taxes, fees or import charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these amounts are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
Business days
Preparation and production are counted in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays applicable to our Ubrique workshop. Day 1 is the first business day after the original purchase date, using Ubrique local time. No preparation days are added to the 15 or 20 days. Transport follows its own origin and destination calendar.
